Utien Pack is capable to offer satisfactory packaging solution according to customers’ demanding demands.
Upon customers’ packing appeal, our engineer team will soon start to analyze, discuss and design the packaging proposal. By designing machine function, customizing machine dimension, and adding suitable third-party equipment, we’re devoted to making each packing solution perfectly workable for customers’ production.
Before machine delivery, Utien Pack will do careful debugging by checking every detail, such as parameter setup, operation statue, components assembling, parts mark, etc.
Utien Pack ensures 12 months warranty for our machine, excluding wearable parts such as silicon strip and heating wire. When any problem occurs to the machine, we’re happy to offer technology guidance online. Our engineer is available to go abroad for machine installation, basic training and repair. More details can be discussed further.
Customers are welcome to send their products to our factory for free testing packaging.
