Our semi automatic tray sealers FG-040 are designed to pack and seal prefabricated trays and are the perfect solution for small and medium-sized, batch, efficient and economical packaging. Also it’s an ideal entry-level devices for tray packaging. With MAP and VSP packaging option, this equipment is able to cover various top films onto trays of different materials.

They’re widely applicable for fresh and frozen food products, such as: frozen meat, beef and mutton, seafood (all kinds of fish, shrimp, oysters) or cooked food, ready-to-eat fast food and other food.

Multiple molds in one machine, our tray sealers are workable with trays of different sizes and shpes. They are efficient, flexible and durable. All operations of the machine are controlled by PLC, and the touch screen design allows you to easily access operations such as adjustment parameter settings, mold replacement, etc.
