This packaging machine is an external-type vertical vacuum packing machine with a unique product construction design. It can be used directly on the users' own production lines.
It’s a vertical external vacuum packing machine, adopting a unique product structure design and can be directly matched with user-provided production line. The working head can be adjusted freely according to the size of the package. It is controlled by a PLC system, with a many parameters for preciously controlled. It is easy to operate, and is an ideal equipment for vacuum packaging of large and heavy products in the food, medicinal, chemical, and rare metal industries.

The sealing bar is made of anodized aluminium with a strip of silicone bar, and the bottom sealing uses impulse heating to seal the plastic bags. It is power-efficient, because it uses electric power only when it's heating. The whole frame is made of 304 stainless steel.
Its working head can be freely raised and lowered to suit the product size, provided with PLC control system for control. Multiple special functions can be applied without restrictions.
With powerfull vacuum pump the vacuum degree can be as close as possible to -99.9. Special designed vacuum nozzle help suck out the air in the bag.
