1)Flexible Film: Suitable for film thickness below 300 microns, ideal for cost-efficient vacuum and MAP packaging applications.
2) Rigid and Semi-Rigid Film: Suitable for film thickness above 300 microns, providing stronger structure and enhanced product protection. Semi-rigid materials are fully supported as part of rigid film applications.
The machine is equipped with an advanced PLC control system that allows operators to seamlessly switch between flexible and rigid film modes directly from the control panel. With a single selection, the system automatically adjusts key parameters in the forming station and synchronizes the cutting process accordingly, eliminating the need for complex manual setup.
