Thermoforming Modified Atmosphere Packaging Machine

Utien Thermoforming Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) Machine completes the packaging process using two roll films—top and bottom—that move through the system in sync. The bottom film is thermoformed into a rigid container to hold the product. Once the product is loaded, the machine carries out vacuuming and gas flushing in a sealed chamber, followed by precise top film sealing. 

The operation significantly reduces residual oxygen levels in the package, helping to preserve product freshness, extend shelf life, and ensure optimal protection.
