Compress Packaging Machines

YS-700/2 type compression packaging machine has a unique dual-position design, with two cylinders working at the same time during the pressing operation. It allows a tidy and good appearance and can reduce packaging space and volume without changing the product appearance. It can protect the products from dampness and dust and reduce storage and transport cost.

This packing machine is applicable for compressed packaging of feather quilts and garments, spaceship cotton, pillows, mattress, garments, sponge and other puffy products and is the best packaging equipment of the textile trade and export sectors. 1. It adopts double-cylinder compression, with the characteristics of high pressure and high compression rate.

2. Double-station operation, both sides can operate at the same time to improve work efficiency.

3. The machine adopts pneumatic compression, will not cause pollution to the whole working environment.

4. Special specifications can be customized, and vacuum function or single-station operation can be customized according to customer requirements.

Working Procedure

1. Turn on the power switch and heating switch.

2. Place the product on the compress area. And lean the opening on the aluminium sealing bar. Then adjust the position of the package.

3. Change the heating time and cooling time to right parameter. With normal vacuum pocket (PE+PA) the heating time will be vary from 0.8-1.5s and cooling time will be 4-5s.

4. Press the starting switch to start sealing process. After the process, take out the compressed product and check the sealing.
